This body of work explores the symbolic nature of caves, and the people who documented life as it was, 40,000 and 14,000 years ago deep within the earth. These profoundly dark spaces, provided the ultimate place to be at one with their subconscious/unconscious selves, and the spirit world. Their monumental creations are a testament to the birth of art.
