Water in Watercolour

Micheál O Fearghail, is pleased to exhibit his Irish coastal landscapes and other paintings in watercolour, in Thomastown. Having first shown his work in 2019, the collection includes seascapes and beach scenes of the south east and of the south west, as well as some scenes of more local  interest. Water in some guise features in nearly all of the work, reflecting Micheál’s fascination with that particular element. There will be a selection of unframed paintings and prints to view also. The Year that was in it

This exhibition explores the past year, unexpectedly finding freedom inside the restrictions imposed. This lead to a time to explore and reflect on the immediate vicinity, connecting with nature and appreciating often overlooked details that shifted and changed over the season. CLODAGH HOLAHAN has exhibited internationally, as well as in Ireland (exhibitions included, the RHA, RUA and Oireachtas. She is a member of the VAI and a graduate of NCAD. Breath and Silhouette

Breath and Silhouette is a shared exhibition of contemporary work by Ceramic artist Orla Kaminska and Jerpoint Glass studio designers and makers. Orla Kaminska is well known for her diverse portfolio and her public architectural ceramics. Orla’s recent studio work has been inspired by the Autumnal and Winter cycles of plant forms,with themes of decomposition and erosion expressed by combining fine wire and porcelain, creating translucent, skeletal and fragile structures. Open Studio

I am holding an open studio where visitors can come and see an exhibition of my bronze sculptures and also see work in progress. The visitor will have the opportunity to chat with me and see how my ideas develop into sculptures. The aim of my sculptures is to inspire people to look more carefully at the world around them to discover beauty at a glance through their, tactile and visual simplicity and I want to challenge the spectators imagination.
